Understanding the all crews page in EPP
📝 Summary
This article explains how worksite users can view, add, and manage crews using the All Crews page in Workforce Management. Users with Level 3 access can maintain crew details, manage members, and view timecards and on-site status.
Steps:
1. Access the All Crews page
Log into the Damstra Platform, then go to Workforce Management → Crews → All Crews.
You can also choose Create New Crew to add a new crew.
2. View crews by site
The All Crews page displays a list of crews for worksites you have access to.
You can:
- View Crew Name
- Click through to open the Crew Details
- View the Number of Employees in each crew
- View the Date Created
- Use the Search Bar to find a crew
- Click New Crew to add a new crew
3. Maintain your crews
In the All Crews screen, you can manage existing crews using the following tabs:
Details Tab
- Edit the Crew Name
- Add or remove Managers
- Configure Notifications and Alerts for managers
- Click Save to apply changes

Click Delete to remove the crew permanently
⚠️ Deleted crews cannot be restored
Employees Tab
- View all employees in the selected crew
- Click Add Employees to include more members
- To delete an employee, check the box next to their name
- Bulk deletion is supported
Timecards Tab
- View timecards for crew members
- Export timecard data to Excel or CSV
- Use Add Punch if you have custom permission
On-Site Now Tab
- View which crew members are currently on-site
- Export on-site data to Excel or CSV
💡 Tips
- Use the search bar to quickly locate crews by name
- Regularly update crew details to ensure accurate reporting
- Export timecard and on-site data for compliance and attendance tracking
