Adding and maintaining crews in EPP

This article explains how to create and manage crews (teams of people) in Workforce Management. Crews help worksite users track team members, monitor who is on-site, manage notifications, generate timecard reports, and view skills matrices.
Steps:
1. Create a new crew
Step 1: Access the Create New Crew page
Go to Workforce Management → Create New Crew, or click the New Crew button from the All Crews page.
Step 2: Enter crew details
- Select the Worksite (if you have access to multiple worksites)
- Enter the Crew Name
- Add a Manager with their email and mobile number for notifications
Step 3: Save the crew
Click the Save button at the bottom right to create the crew and proceed to add employees.
2. Add employees to a crew
Step 1: Click the Add Employees button
Select employees to add using one of the following methods:
- By Company
- By Name or ID
- From the Employee List
Step 2: Filter and manage selections
- Filter employees by Inactive or Deactivated status
- To remove selected employees, click Remove or Unselect
3. Track and manage crews
Once created, crews can be managed from the All Crews page:
- View Crew Name
- Click to open Crew Details
- View Number of Employees
- View Creation Date
- Use the Search Bar to find crews
- Click Edit to update crew details
4. Crew Details Page
Details Tab
- Edit Crew Name
- Add or remove Managers
- Configure Notifications and Alerts
- Click Save to apply changes

Click Delete to permanently remove the crew
⚠️ Deleted crews cannot be restored
Employees Tab
- View all crew members
- Click Add Employees to include more
- Use checkboxes to Remove Employees (bulk deletion supported)
Timecards Tab
- View crew member timecards
- Export timecard data to Excel or CSV
- Use Add Punch if you have custom permission
On-Site Now Tab
- View which crew members are currently on-site
- Export on-site data to Excel or CSV
💡 Tips
- Use crews to streamline reporting and compliance tracking
- Assign managers to receive alerts for overstay, fatigue, and other notifications
- Regularly update crew membership to reflect current team structures
