Access the report by navigating toĀ Visitors Management ā Visitor timecardsĀ from the left-side menu.
Use theĀ Worksite selectorĀ at the top left to choose the worksite you want to report on.
Apply filters using theĀ Report search criteria:
Date range: No limit on the range.
Companies: Optional; select one or more.
Visitors: Optional; select one or more.
Host: Optional; select one or more.
TheĀ Generated reportĀ includes:
Visitor name
Terminal name
Company name
Host name
In/Out timestamps
Total shift hours
Cumulative shift hours
Total number of visitors
Additional features:
Click the export button to download the report in Excel or CSV format.
Use theĀ Find search barĀ to locate keywords in the report.
