Verifying employee documents in EPP

Steps
Step 1: Access employee documents
Navigate to Actions → All verifications → Employee documents.
Example: Click on Actions in the main menu, then select All verifications, followed by Employee documents.
Step 2: Review outstanding documents
View all outstanding documents that employees uploaded from various EPP pages:
- EPP for Companies – Active Mobilisation Requests → Attention Required
- Expiries Page – Employee expiries
- Employee Profile – Manage Worksite, Manage your Company, and Your Employee Account
- Learning Pathways – Company and Employee
Step 3: Select a document to verify
Click on the employee document request to expand it.
Example: Find the employee's name in the list and click the expand arrow next to their document submission.
Step 4: Open the review window
Click the button to open the document review window, which displays:
- Employee details
- Document details
- Available actions
Step 5: Review the document
Click on the attachment to open and examine the document. Modify skill names if needed during your review.
Step 6: Make your decision
Choose one of three actions based on your worksite's rules and criteria:
- Approve the document if it meets requirements
- Reject the document if it needs corrections or is inadequate
- Lock the document to prevent further changes

- Review documents promptly to maintain workflow efficiency
- Ensure you understand your worksite's specific document requirements before making decisions
- Use the lock feature when you want to prevent any further modifications to approved documents
