Submitting a linked profile request

Administrators who need to submit a linked profile request for employees working across multiple companies.
No elevated permissions are required.
This article explains how to submit a linked profile request so an employee can access sites under multiple companies.
1. Submit a linked profile request
On the home page, select Employees and then select Employee transfers & linked profiles.
Select the Start new employee transfer/linked profile request button.
Follow the prompts on the screen to complete all required steps.
- Download the linked profile request form.
- Fill out the form, ensuring you select the Linked profile request option.
- Upload the completed form when prompted.
- Select the Link profile button to submit the request.
Important: Requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours, although they are often completed sooner. The company contact will receive an email notification once the linked profile has been created.
