Viewing and managing Learning Paths
The Learning Paths section displays the following details:
- Learning Path Name
- Worksite
- Level
Use the tabs at the top left to filter learning paths:
- All Items: View all active, expired, or cancelled paths
- Valid Items: View only active paths
- Valid & Recent Items: View active and recently updated paths
Use the search bar at the top right to find specific paths by keyword. You can also sort paths by name using the Sort by option.
To view full details of a learning path, click the path name link. To edit or view record information, click the corresponding icon.
To remove a path, click the icon.
Assigning Learning Paths to an employee
- Use the quick search bar to find the employee profile by Damstra ID or name, then click Profile.
- Click the Learning Paths tab in the employee profile.
- Click the Assign Learning Path button.
- A pop-up window will appear. Select one or more learning paths to assign.
- Click
to complete the process.
- The system will confirm the assignment with a success message.
- To remove a path, click the Path name and
, then click the
button.
- Under Requirements, expand each level to view progress. You can upload supporting documents by clicking the Upload icon.
- In the pop-up window, attach the document and click Add to complete the upload.
