Generate the basic skill search report in EPP

This article explains how to generate a basic skills search report in the Workforce Management module. Users with access levels 1ā3 can view skill-related data for selected worksites, including skill codes, types, groups, and employee counts.
Steps:
Step 1: Access the Basic Skills Search page
From the left-hand navigation menu, go toĀ Workforce Management ā Basic Skills Search.
Step 2: Set your report search criteria
Use the available filters to customize your report:
- Skill GroupsĀ (optional): Enter a specific skill group name.
- Skill Type: Select the type of skill to include.
- Search Term: Enter keywords to narrow down results.
Additional Options:
- Include former employees
- Ignore expiration dates
ClickĀ Run ReportĀ to generate the results.
Step 3: Review the generated report
The report will display the following information:
- Skill Code
- Skill Type
- Skill Group
- Skill Name
- Employee Count
Step 4: Use report tools
- Click theĀ ExportĀ button to download the report in Excel or CSV format.
- Click theĀ SearchĀ icon to find a specific skill within the results.
- Click theĀ Employee Count to view a list of employees who have the selected skill.
