Trainers who need to configure randomised assessments.

Authoring access and Edit permissions for training modules are required.

This article explains how to enable question pools and randomize question order in Ideagen Learning to ensure each trainee receives a unique assessment experience.

1. Setting up a question pool

To set up a question pool:

1. Add all the assessment questions you want to include.
2. Click the Settings button.

3. Tick Enable qquestion pool for module.
4. Enter the Number of questions you want each trainee to see.

5. Tick Randomize question order if required.

6. Click Save.

Use the preview feature to see how the questions will appear. Each preview will show a different set of questions, simulating what trainees may encounter.
