Generate the total worked hours in EPP

This article explains how to generate and view employee timecard reports that show total hours worked, including breakdowns by shift and time of day. Users with access levels 1–3 can customize reports based on selected worksites and various parameters.
Steps:
Step 1: Access the Employee Timecards menu via Workforce Management
Go to the Time section < Total Worked Hours. This feature is available to users with access levels 1 through 3.
Step 2: Select report parameters
Customize your report using the following options:
- Date Range
- Minimum Hours and Date
- Company
- Department
- Sub-Department
- Employment Type
- Person
- Terminals
- Induction Type
Step 3: Apply additional sorting options
Choose how to sort the report:
- Sort by Name
- Sort by Hours
- Sort by Shift Count
Step 4: View the generated report
The report will include the following details:
- Name
- Gender
- ID Number
- Company
- Worker Type
- Terminal
- Total Days
- Total Days (AM/PM)
- Total Hours
- Total Hours (AM/PM)
Step 5: Export or navigate the report
- Click the Export button to download the report in Excel or CSV format.
- Use the Navigation buttons to move between report pages.
- Use the Filter tool to refine the employee search.
