This article explains how to access and use theĀ Rolling Average ReportĀ in Workforce Management. Users with access levels 2ā3 can generate reports showing employeesā average weekly hours over a selected date range for specific worksites.

Steps:
Step 1: Access the Rolling Average Report
From the left-hand navigation menu, go toĀ Reports ā Rolling Average Report.
Step 2: Set report parameters
Customize your report using the following filters:
- Date Range: Select the time period for the report.
- Terminals: Choose one or more terminals to include.
- Weeks: Specify the number of weeks to calculate the rolling average.
- Minimum Weekly Average Hours: Set a threshold to filter employees based on their average hours.
Step 3: View the generated report
The report will display the following information:
- Name (click to view the employee profile)
- ID Number
- Company
- Average Weekly Hours
Step 4: Use report tools
- Click theĀ DownloadĀ button (!mceclip1.png) to download the report in Excel or CSV format.
- Use theĀ Search BarĀ to find specific entries by typing keywords.
- Click theĀ NavigationĀ buttons (!mceclip2.png) to move between report pages.

- Use a supported browser for optimal performance.
- Ensure you have Level 2 or 3 access to view and export the report.
- Use the minimum weekly average filter to focus on underperforming or high-performing employees.
