Creating a new drug and alcohol testing schedule
This guide explains how to create a new drug and alcohol testing schedule using the Worksite platform.
📍 Step 1: Navigate to the schedule creation page
Go to the left-side navigation menu and click:
Worksite → Drug & Alcohol Schedule → Testing Schedule → Create New Schedule
📝 Step 2: Define the schedule parameters
Complete the following sections to set up the schedule:

📌 Where?
Specify the location where testing will occur. -
🕒 When?
Set the date and time for the testing. -
👥 Who can be selected to be tested?
Choose the individuals or groups eligible for testing. -
📄 Selection details
Provide additional criteria or notes regarding the selection process.
💾 Step 3: Save the schedule
Once all fields are completed, save the schedule. It will be added to the list of testing schedules.
💡 Tips
- Only users with the required permissions can create a new schedule.
- All newly created schedules can be accessed via the Testing Schedules tab on the Drug and Alcohol Schedule page.
