This article explains how to access and use theĀ Online Training ReportĀ in Workforce Management. This report helps worksite users evaluate the completion and effectiveness of online training and ensure e-learning requirements are met.
Steps:
Step 1: Access the Online Training Report
From the left-hand navigation menu, go toĀ Learning Management ā Online Training Report.
2. Set report search criteria
Customize your report using the following filters:
- Date Range: Select the start and end dates for the report
- Show Successful Completion Only: Filter to include only completed training
- Induction/Registration Type: Choose the type of induction or registration to include
3. View the generated report
The report displays the following information:
- Site
- Induction/Registration Type
- Minimum Score Required
- First Name
- Surname
- Company
- Induction Start Date
- Induction Completion Date
- Personās Score
- Receipt Number
Tools available:
- Click theĀ DownloadĀ button to export the report in Excel or CSV format
- Use theĀ Search BarĀ to find specific entries by typing keywords
- Click Arrows to find the next match
- Click left and right arrows to navigate between report pages
