Understanding the worksite dashboard in EPP

Worksite dashboard access is required.
The worksite dashboard offers real-time updates on site activity, workforce data, and alerts, keeping you informed about attendance, compliance, and any safety or operational concerns..
1. Understanding the dashboard location
The worksite(s) dashboard is centrally located on the homepage, enabling you to monitor site activity, view workforce statistics, and track recent alerts.
2. Viewing people on site
This section displays the current number of people on-site, categorised as contractors, permanent employees, visitors, and alerters.
For more details:
- Select View Report for detailed information on site personnel, crew, alerts, and activity from the last 24 hours.
- Click the expand icon to view the chart in full-screen.
- Use the Refresh button to update the data.
- Export the report as Excel, CSV, PDF, or RTF.
3. Reviewing general statistics
This section shows workforce metrics for the selected worksite(s):
- Total registered contractors: Contractors registered across accessible sites
- Total active contractors: Contractors meeting all induction and registration requirements
- Total registered permanents: Registered permanent employees
- Total active permanents: Permanent employees with active registrations
- Total active companies: Companies with at least one active registered employee
- Terminals: Configured terminals
- Terminals not in use: Terminals unused in the past 60 days
You can expand charts, refresh data, and export reports in various formats.
4. Monitoring recent alerts
This section shows the top 10 alerts from the past seven days, highlighting issues needing supervisor attention.
Alert types:
Fatigue management:
- Overstay: Logged in beyond permitted hours
- Excessive hours: Exceeded allowed hours in a rolling period
- Maximum night shift: Too many consecutive night shifts
Operational alerts:
- Sticker: Low sticker count at logon
- Not worked: No work recorded in set period
- Questionnaire: Failed or missed required questionnaire
- Network outage: Terminal offline
Compliance alerts:
- BAC: Breath test failed or not completed
- Minimum skilled employees: Not enough skilled staff on-site
- Induction: Missing or expired induction
- Exceeded course max attempts: Too many failed e-learning attempts
Alerts show employee name, company, terminal, reason, and date/time.
You can expand the chart, refresh, and export the report in various formats.
5. Exporting dashboard data
You can export reports from any dashboard section in these formats:
- Excel
- CSV
- RTF
Select the export option in each section to download your chosen format.
