Managing user login accounts in EPP

This article explains how worksite users can add, edit, and delete user accounts in Damstra Workforce Management. User management includes configuring permissions, alerts, and access settings to ensure users have the appropriate capabilities for their roles.
Steps:
1. Access User Management
Log into Workforce Management, then go to:
System Settings → User Management → User Login Accounts
2. View the list of users
The User Login Accounts page displays all user accounts for your worksite. You can:
- View User Name
- View Email Address
- View Accessible Worksites
- View User Role
- Click Details to view full account information
- Use the Search Bar to find users
- Click Create New User to add a new account
3. Create a new user
To add a new user:
- Click Create New User
- Enter the following details:
- Name
- Mobile Number
- Role
- Worksite
- Click Create User to save the account
4. View and edit user accounts
To view or edit a user:
- Click the Details button next to the user
- You can view and update:
- Account Status
- Account Details
- Permissions and Access
- Alerts and Notifications
5. Configure permissions and access
To assign permissions:
- Go to the Permissions and Access tab
- Select the appropriate permission category
- Tick the boxes for the permissions to assign
- Click Update to save changes
6. Configure alerts and notifications
To set up alerts:
- Go to the Alerts and Notifications tab
- Select the alert type
- Choose the terminal(s) for alert delivery
- Select the delivery method:
- SMS
- Email and SMS
- Click Update to apply changes
Note: Ensure the user’s email and/or mobile number is entered before configuring alerts.
7. Delete a user account
To delete a user:
- Click the Action button and select Delete User, or
- Open the user’s Details page and click Delete User
⚠️ Deleted user accounts cannot be restored.

- Assign roles and permissions based on operational needs
- Use alerts to keep managers informed of critical site activity
