Managing Health & Safety Sessions in the TWMS Mobile App

Steps:
Step 1: Log into the TWMS mobile app
Open the TWMS mobile app and select the Toolbox Talks, Pre-starts & Courses tab.
Step 2: Filter the session list
Use the filter fields above the calendar to narrow down sessions based on your preferences. You can:
- Select All sessions to choose a session type
- Toggle Show completed sessions
- Define a month and year
Step 3: View session cards
Each session appears as a card displaying key details:
- Session date
- Worksite
- Session type and name
- Location
- Start and finish time
- Available spots
- Availability marker:
- 🟢 Green: Places available
- 🔴 Red: Session full
- ⚪ Grey: Session completed
Step 4: Manage session details
4.1 Select a session
Tap a session card to open the Session Details screen.
4.2 Record attendees
Go to the Actions or Attendees tab to record attendance using:
- QR code scanning
- ID sign-in
- Visitor attendance logging
4.3 Complete the session
After the session ends, go to the Actions tab and tap Complete Session. Confirm by selecting Yes, complete session in the dialog box.
4.4 Upload skill documents
Once the session is complete, go to the Upload Skill Documents tab. Choose files using:
- Camera to take photos

Select File to attach documents
Tap Upload once all files are selected.
