This article explains how to scan attendees into a session using QR codes from their access cards via the TWMS mobile app. This process is used for Toolbox Talks, Pre-starts, and Courses.

Steps:

Step 1: Open the session
Log into the TWMS mobile app, then go to Toolbox Talks, Pre-starts & Courses.
Scroll down and select the session you want to manage. This will open the Session Details screen.

Step 2: Select Scan in attendees
Tap the Scan in attendees button to begin the scanning process.

Step 3: Scan the QR code
Hold the attendee’s access card so the QR code is visible and scan it using your device’s camera.

Step 4: Confirm the attendee
A confirmation message will appear showing the employee’s name. Tap OK to confirm.

Step 5: Complete the scan
A success message will appear once the scan is complete. Tap OK to finish.
