This article explains how to record attendance for visitors using the TWMS mobile app. This process is used for Toolbox Talks, Pre-starts, and Courses.

Steps:

Step 1: Open the session
Log into the TWMS mobile app, then go to Toolbox Talks, Pre-starts & Courses.
Scroll down and select the session you want to manage. This will open the Session Details screen.

Step 2: Select Record visitor attendance
Tap the Record visitor attendance button to begin the process.

Step 3: Sign in the visitor
Choose the visitor from the list and tap Sign in 1 visitor.

Step 4: Confirm successful sign-in
A message will appear confirming the visitor was successfully signed in.

• Ensure the visitor is registered in the system before the session begins.
• Use a supported version of the TWMS mobile app for best results.
• Confirm that the session is active before signing in visitors.
